Grocery
As there is no grocery store or gas supply within Duck Bay, residents travel to either Camperville, Manitoba (23km) or Dauphin, Manitoba (148km) to purchase groceries or gas.
Duck Bay has become involved in the Northern Healthy Foods Initiative – an initiative aimed to increase the availability of healthy food in northern and remote Manitoba communities.

Water Services
As the water dispenser for truck hauls (for water cards only) is down; you must contact the community council office in order to schedule your water pickup. There will be absolutely no water pickups after hours; so please schedule accordingly. Thanks for your cooperation and we hope to have the dispenser back to full functionality by the end of the month.
